It is a structure born out of high levels of passion and creativity. Also a recognition that boundaries need to
be pushed and that a building can actually feel as individual as the people who live in it.

Based on a simple cube template the designers have used their creative freedom
to achieve a bold and unique statement within the parameters.
The nine-storey structure is made up of three main areas.
An area of open space at ground level, containing a chalet building.
A central southfacing courtyard, which above ground,
splits the cube into two wings.

CIAC combines a mixture of studios, one and two
bedroom apartments. Also included are ‘sky homes’,
distinctive two bedroom apartments on levels seven and eight.
Throughout, the level of design and specification is
outstanding. This is evident, not only in the use of
gardens and decking, but most importantly, in the way
that sustainability has been fully embraced and
integrated into the finished design.
