All ten apartments initially released for sale were reserved over the course of the launch weekend at the £200m RiversideOne development at Middlehaven, Middlesbrough.

Sustainable community developer BioRegional Quintain has immediately released for sale another limited number of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments within its CIAC – Community in a Cube – apartment building to satisfy ongoing demand. The newly released properties start from £94,999.

The opening weekend saw over 150 people visit the state-of-the-art £500,000 marketing suite, off Windward Way. Ten homebuyers made history by becoming the first people to reserve properties at what will be the UK’s largest zero carbon development.
