Following weeks of speculation, it has been announced that RiversideOne will officially launch on Friday, April 4 at 10am. On that day, the marketing suite at the £200m development will open its doors to potential homebuyers providing them with the opportunity to view a stunning show apartment and purchase the first few available properties.
Priced from £94,999, the apartments released for sale by sustainable community developer BioRegional Quintain are within the CIAC (Community in a Cube) building. To help visitors further appreciate the stunning design of CIAC there is an impressive large scale model of the building within the marketing suite. The model lights up individual apartments at the touch of a keypad to allow people to see exactly where the apartment they wish to buy is located.
The marketing suite will be open for business from 10am until 5.30pm from Friday, April 4 to Monday, April 7 and then each subsequent Thursday to Monday at the same times. Sales advisors will be available throughout the day to handle enquiries and advise upon purchasing a new home at RiversideOne.
Bioregional Quintain’s head of residential sales & marketing, Helen Devy, said: “There is a huge amount of interest in the area for RiversideOne, and the launch of the marketing suite gives people their first opportunity to come down and find out for themselves just how innovative and desirable the development is.
“The show apartment – which is located within the marketing suite – is indicative of the great design quality that will run throughout CIAC. It is constructed from the same specification and materials, so it will give visitors a real experience of the homes we are building here.”
The £500,000 marketing suite at RiversideOne has been constructed using the sustainable principles advocated by BioRegional Quintain. These have ensured that it is Europe’s first marketing suite to be powered by a hydrogen fuel cell, a renewable energy source which creates electricity.
Helen continued: “With the launch a matter of days away we are making the final preparations for what will be a very exciting weekend. I would urge anyone who has an interest in buying a home at RiversideOne, or who wishes to find out more about the benefits the development will bring to the town, to come and see us from April 4 onwards.”
Built over eight storeys, CIAC has 12 apartment types which are each named after a pioneering modern artist such as Rodin, Hepworth and Popova. The building will have a total of 80 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
CIAC is made up of an area of open space at ground level containing a chalet building and a central south-facing courtyard which, above ground, splits the cube into two wings. The building’s design also incorporates a local pub which sits at its base overlooking the dock basin.
CIAC’s location provides all residents with highly sought after waterside living, whilst those who decide to purchase apartments on the top two floors will have stunning views of the hills surrounding Middlesbrough.
RiversideOne is situated close to Middlesbrough Football Club, off Windward Way, and provides fast access to the A66 and A19.
