Who better to talk about a building than the very person who designed it? These are the words of Sean Griffiths from award winning architects FAT, explaining his vision for life at Community In A Cube (CIAC).

"I can't think of a better place to live than CIAC. Firstly, it's a unique building, quite unlike anything else I've ever seen. Secondly, it has fantastic apartments most of which have dual aspect living rooms with amazing views over the water and the internal garden. But above all I think it will foster a great sense of community. Neighbours will bump into each other in the beautiful south-facing terraced garden courtyard in the centre of the cube. People will meet in one of the sky gardens or under the giant chandelier in the atmospheric lobby. And it gets better.
